You Already Know What To Do. Doing It Every Week Is The Hard Part.
Most people who walk into our store don't need another list of healthy foods. They need a plan that survives a full workweek, a family, and a Tuesday that got away from them.
You start strong and fade by week three. The first few days are easy. Then life gets in the way and you're back where you began.
Generic advice doesn't fit your week. Meal plans built for someone else's schedule fall apart the first time you work late.
Nobody is checking in. It's easy to quietly drop something when no one notices. Accountability changes that.
Short programs end before the habit sets. Thirty days is enough to feel different. It usually isn't enough to still be doing it in June.
The Simply For Life 6-Month Transformation
You work one-on-one with a coach who learns your schedule, your food preferences and what's actually been getting in the way — then builds a plan around that and helps you adjust it every single week for six months.
Six months is the point. Most people can hold a new routine for a few weeks on willpower. What takes longer is getting through the first holiday, the first bad week, the first time the plan has to bend — and coming out the other side still doing it. That's the part we stay for.
Three Phases, One Direction
The program moves through three stages. You get an early win in the first phase, then spend the rest of the time making it permanent.
Build the foundation
Your kickoff session, your food strategy and the first changes — small enough to actually do, chosen because they matter most for you.
Phase 1Create consistency
The habits stop being a project and start being normal. We troubleshoot the weeks that go sideways and tighten what's working, finishing with a 90-day progress review.
Phase 2Strengthen and prepare
You take over more of the driving. By the end you have a written transition plan and the practice to use it, so finishing the program doesn't mean losing the routine.
Phase 3Everything You Get In The Six Months
A personalized kickoff session
We go through your goals, your history, your schedule, what you actually like to eat and where things have broken down before — so the plan starts from your life, not a template.
Weekly 15-minute check-ins
Every week for six months. Short and regular beats long and occasional — you review what worked, what didn't, and what changes next.
A personalized food strategy
Practical meal recommendations and grocery guidance built around your preferences and your week — including what to buy, and what to skip.
A supplement review
An honest look at what you're already taking and what, if anything, is worth adding. We'll tell you when you don't need something.
Simply For Life app access
Your plan, your notes and your check-ins in one place, so you're not digging through texts to remember what you agreed to.
Virtual workouts and the online community
Movement options you can use from home, plus a community of other people working on the same thing.
A 90-day progress review
A proper look back at the halfway mark — what's changed, what's stuck, and what the second half should focus on.
Maintenance preparation and a transition plan
The part most programs skip. You finish with a written plan for carrying on by yourself, and the last stretch is spent practising it.
$50 in store credit
Yours to use during the program on anything on our shelves — so the food and supplements you plan together are easy to actually start with.

Katia Callegari
Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant · ISSA-Certified Personal TrainerKatia has spent more than fifteen years in fitness and nutrition. She graduated with distinction from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition with a diploma in Enhanced Natural Nutrition, is ISSA-certified as a personal trainer, and came to this work through her own health journey — which is a good part of why she's at her best with people who are already putting in the effort and still feel stuck.
Her approach is whole-person: what you eat, how you move, and the rest of what's going on in a given week. She's a self-described health geek who keeps up with the research, and she runs sessions as a conversation rather than a lecture. Expect structure, and expect to be listened to.
What Makes This Different
- Six months, not six weeks. Long enough to get through the weeks that usually end a new routine, instead of stopping just before them.
- It's built for you, not for everyone. The plan comes out of your kickoff session, not a template you're assigned.
- Fifteen minutes a week, by video call. Short on purpose, and you take it from wherever you are. A program you can't fit in isn't a program you'll finish.
- The food advice is practical. Real groceries, real meals, real prices — not an ingredient list you'll never shop for.
- The store is right here. You can walk in, ask a person, and see what you're buying. That's harder to get from an app.
- It's designed to end. You leave with a transition plan instead of an ongoing dependency on us.
$50 Simply For Life store credit
Included with the program and usable any time during your six months. It's there so the first grocery trip after your kickoff session is an easy one — you leave with the things you just planned, not a list to get to later.
The 14-Day Fit Guarantee
Attend your kickoff session and your first weekly check-in. If you feel this isn't the right fit, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund your coaching fee.
Six months is a real commitment, so we'd rather you find that out in the first two weeks than quietly stop showing up in month two. Just tell us — there's no form to fill in and no argument.
What It Costs
Six months of one-on-one coaching, everything listed above, the $50 store credit and the 14-day guarantee. Paying in full is the lowest total; the bi-weekly plan spreads it out.
Just you
$999 + HST
Paid in full at your kickoff session. Nothing further to think about for the next six months.
You and your partner
$1,499 + HST
Two people, coached together through the same six months. Far and away the easiest way to keep it going — you're not the only one in the house changing how you shop and eat.
Prices are before HST. Nothing is charged until after your free consultation, when you decide to go ahead.

Before You Book
Why six months? That feels like a long commitment.
Because shorter programs tend to end right before the hard part. Thirty or sixty days is usually enough to feel a difference while motivation is still high. What takes longer is getting through a holiday, a stretch of bad weeks or a change in your schedule and still keeping the routine.
If six months genuinely isn't right for you, say so at the consultation — there are shorter ways to start, and we'd rather match you to the right one than sign you up for the wrong one.
Can my partner and I do this together?
Yes, and it's the version we'd point most couples at. You're each coached individually — your own plan, your own check-ins — but you're working on it at the same time, which makes the grocery shop, the meals and the evenings a lot simpler than doing it alone in a house where nothing else changed.
Six months for two is $1,499 + HST rather than $1,998, or $128 every two weeks. Mention it at your consultation.
Is this a diet?
No. There's no fixed menu and nothing is banned. We build a food strategy around what you already like and what your week actually looks like, then adjust it as we go. The aim is a way of eating you can keep doing after the program, not a short-term set of rules.
Is this medical advice?
No. This is wellness coaching, not medical care. We don't diagnose conditions, treat illness, or replace your doctor, registered dietitian or any other licensed healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition or you're on medication, keep working with your provider and let your coach know what you've been advised so your plan fits around it.
What happens in the consultation?
It's about 30 minutes and it's free. We talk through what you're hoping to change, what you've tried, what your week looks like and where things have come unstuck before. By the end you'll know whether the program is a fit. There's no pressure to sign up, and plenty of people don't.
Do I have to buy supplements?
No. The supplement review is educational — we look at what you're taking, explain what each one is for, and often tell people they can stop buying something. Nothing is required to be in the program, and nothing is added to your fee.
What if I'm busy?
That's who this is built for. After the kickoff session, the ongoing commitment is a 15-minute check-in once a week. The plan itself is designed around the schedule you actually have — shift work, kids, travel and all — rather than the one you'd need to clear to follow a meal plan.
How do the weekly check-ins happen?
By video call. Your coach is Katia, and your fifteen minutes happens wherever you are — at home, on a break, in the car before you drive off. There's no drive to the store and nothing to park for, which is a big part of why people manage to keep them.
We're working on adding an in-person coach here in Truro. Once that's in place you'll be able to choose: keep the video calls, or do your check-ins face to face at 136 Esplanade. The program is the same either way.
What happens at the 90-day mark?
You get a full progress review. We look back at what's changed since your kickoff, what's become automatic and what's still a struggle, then set the focus for the second half. It's also a natural point to adjust the plan if your schedule or your goals have moved.
What happens after the six months?
You finish with a written transition plan built from what actually worked for you, and you'll have spent the last phase practising it rather than reading it. That's the point of the program. You're welcome to keep shopping with us and to ask questions any time you're in, and if you want continued coaching afterwards we can talk about it — but nothing obliges you to.
Can I use the app and the virtual workouts?
Yes — app access, the virtual workouts and the online community are all included for the length of the program, at no extra cost.
How does the guarantee work?
Attend your kickoff session and your first weekly check-in. If you decide it isn't the right fit, tell us within 14 days of your kickoff and we'll refund your coaching fee. We ask you to attend those two sessions first so you're judging the actual program rather than the idea of it.
Is HST included in the price?
No. The prices shown are before HST, which is added when you pay. Your coach will give you the exact total at your kickoff session.
Six Months From Now, You'll Be Glad You Started
The first step is a free 30-minute conversation. No commitment, no sales pitch — just an honest look at where you are and whether we can help. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so.
